Resum: "La realidad de la Guerra Civil española es un tema de análisis complejo que nos obliga a acercarnos a uno de los periodos más oscuros de la historia reciente de España. El otro, visto de manera maniquea como un antagonista, es enfrentado como parte del problema del propio endogrupo, que prefiere luchar contra aquel que es diferente antes que hacer frente a sus problemas internos. La crueldad y la maldad del ser humano se desplegaron así en un conflicto que ha marcado la memoria colectiva de toda una sociedad. Nuestro objetivo en este trabajo es estudiar cómo el recuerdo del terror rojo fue novelado por Joan Sales en su obra 'Incerta glòria' a partir del estudio de los procesos de otredad que subyacen en la narrativa de este autor". |

Abstract: "The reality of the Spanish Civil War is a complex subject of analysis that forces us to approach one of the darkest periods of Spain’s recent history. The other, seen in a Manichaean way as an antagonist, is confronted as part of the problem of the in-group itself, which prefers to fight against those who are different rather than face its internal problems. The cruelty and wickedness of the human being were thus deployed in a conflict that has marked the collective memory of an entire society. Our aim in this paper is to study how the memory of the red terror was novelized by Joan Sales in his work 'Incerta glòria' from the study of the processes of otherness that underlie the narrative of this author". |
