Resumen:	Del resum: "En el següent estudi, oferim l'anàlisi lingüística i l'edició d'uns textos jurídics de la localitat de Gandia, datats en l'any 1598. Concretament, fan referència a les composicions de farina, és a dir, les denúncies i les mesures punitives aplicades a la gent que mercadejava amb farina iŀlegalment a Gandia. Des de la vessant lingüística, oferim un treball centrat tant en els aspectes diacrònics com en els diatòpics. D'aquesta manera, pretenem mostrar les característiques més remarcables del català de la Gandia dels tombants del segle xvi. D'altra banda, en relació amb l'edició del text, aquesta ens permet conèixer tota una sèrie d'aspectes històrics i socials propis del context estudiat".
Resumen:	Abstract: "In the following study, we offer a linguistic analysis and critical edition of some legal texts from the town of Gandia, dated 1598, namely the 'Composicions de farina' (allegations concerning the sale of flour), that is, the formal complaints filed against and the punishments administered to the people who traded in flour illegally in the city of Gandia. The study is a linguistic analysis of both the diachronic and diatopic aspects of the question, in which we hope to show the most noteworthy characteristics of the Catalan of Gandia at the end of the 16th century. Moreover, editing the text has enabled us to examine a whole series of historical and social aspects of the object of study".
